Why should I create an account?

You will be able to view your order history, save contact, shipment and billing information. You may also be eligible to receive exclusive promotions and discount codes via your account. You can still choose to check out as a guest and we will contact you through email.


Where do you deliver?

We deliver to the Greater China (Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan) and Japan. Please feel free to contact us for details of your local distributor if you located in other areas.


What shipping options are available?

We choose shipping method depends on your location, size and weight of your order. In general, we use SF express to ship most of the orders. A tracking number will be sent to you once your order have been shipped. 


How long will it be before I receive my order?

We keep a limited amount of inventory. If your item is in stock and no customization is needed, we will ship your item within 3 days. In general, the production lead time will be 3 – 8 weeks. ClementDesign® uses the finest material and accessories. Sometimes the supplies of our material may affect the production and delay the delivery. In case we cannot deliver within 6 weeks, we will notify you when we confirm your order.

How quickly should I expect a response to my online order?

Once you completed the order online, we will receive your order and you will see an order code to follow your order. If payment is made online, we will send an email confirmation within 2 working days. If you make your payment after completing your order online, we will send an email confirmation within 2 working days after payment verified.

Do you have a showroom I can visit?

Yes, our office located in Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong, and we offer sample sales for displayed items year-round.

Do you do alterations?

We suggest you observe our Size Chart before ordering. Simple alterations like sleeves length, jacket length, pants length, etc. can be arranged with an alteration fee of HKD50 – HKD300. However, not all the styles can be altered. Please contact us for details. 


Do you do customized styles?

You can customize your chef jacket or apron with C-YOU concept or embroideries. If you have a special request or idea, please contact us and we will try our best to realize it. 


I need to change my delivery address or delivery method.

Please contact us at your soonest. However, if we have already delivered, you will have to bear the extra charge involved.
