Return and Exchange Policy
Return will be accepted for any unused (include washing) item for replacement or exchange within 14 days after your receipt of the order. For return or exchange not due to the error of Clement Design, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs on returned or exchanged goods. Items should be returned in the original product packaging. No returns will be accepted if the original tags are not attached. Please try garments and shoes on before removing tags. Garments that have been washed cannot be returned. Embroidered or custom made items and purchase with a clearance discounted price cannot be returned.
Procedure for Returning
To return, contact customer service or click "Return" at "Order History" page for a Return Authorization Form. Depends on your location, we will provide further details on the pick-up arrangement of the return items. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Authorization Form.
Please note we do not accept exchange of items at below conditions:
Order Error or Defective Product
We inspect all items before shipment. However, if you have received an item that is wrong or defected, please contact us at your soonest. For the return of a defective product or a return resulting from our error, Clement Design will pay the return shipping costs. The customer must receive confirmation and return authorization prior to returning the item. Please contact customer service.
No exchange or return of items sold at discount, free of charge or as a gift. Once confirmed with payment, all items are non-refundable.
Clement Design (East Asia) Limited reserve the right of final decision on whether to accept an exchange or return, and all rights to interpret the related terms and conditions.
