Please make sure you mentioned all details of the embroidery  for us to proceed, which included Position, Text / File Name of Logo, Font, Color and/or remarks. For example, if you need to embroider Logo + Name + Title

Text Embroideries
  • We offer text embroideries on all the jackets and aprons at specific postions
  • A choice of 10 fonts and 24 colors on specific positions. 
  • The embroidery fees are counted base on each line of text embroideries. 
  • The height for each line of embroidery is usually 0.9cm and can be adjusted between 0.8 – 1.2cm. 
  • The maximum length of each line of embroidery is 10cm, which is usually around 18 – 24 characters (including space) depends on the fonts
  • There is a limit on the length and size of embroideries depending on the style of jacket / apron and position to be embroidered. The exact placement and size of embroidery will be based on the style of jacket or apron, fonts chosen and the number of words. 
  • If you have any specific requirement, please place your order and remark in comment at check out or contact customer service with your order number. We will reconfirm with you on your requirement shortly before proceeding the order.
Logo Embroideries
For all NEW logos, please contact our customer service directly. A one-time set up fee is required for us to digitalize your image into our embroideries machine and do a color match for your image. You will need to send us your image (jpg, ai or pdf) and we will provide a quote on the one time set up fee, which range from HKD200 – HKD1,000 depending on the size and complexity of the logo. 
For existing logos, please place your order above directly.
Mock Up 
Embroidery mock up will be provided if you have ordered 3 pieces or more with exactly the same embroideries on the same jacket / apron; or ordered embroidery with new Logo. We will send mock up images of the colors, fonts and approximate size of the embroideries on the actual product. 
Further Customization
Every chef is an artist and you deserve a chef uniform that is unique to you. Share with us your ideas! We will try our best to realize the chef uniform just for you. 
Important Notes
- Photos taken from the actual color threads to be used. Color may be different displayed from different devices.
- In general, we will reconfirm your order by email within 2 working days. Unless a mock up is to be presented, please contact us within 24 hours if there is any amendment required. If we do not receive any further notice from you, we will assume you confirm the order as written on the confirmation email and proceed production.
- Once confirmed, all customized items (with embroideries, C-YOU or any alteration) are not refundable nor exchangeable.

Determine your size for Clement Design® apparel using the following measurement charts. Before ordering, take careful measurements and consult the charts below to order the correct size. Cutting and style for each style vary and this Size Chart is only a guide. 

We provide simple alteration on sleeve lengths, jacket length, pants length, apron length, etc. at HKD50 – HKD200 on each alteration. Please do not hesitate to contact customer service if you have any questions regarding size.
