How to Order


Online order procedure

  • Select different product category and browse related items. Choose the item you interested in to see style details
  • If the style offers more than one color or offer different sleeves length, the style will be shown as a different item. Please check carefully if you have selected the right color or sleeves length.
  • Choose your size, number of pieces and click “add to cart”
  • If you would like to add Embroideries or C-YOU to your item, you may select at the product page. Please observe the details for all customization.
  • After shopping, click “shopping cart” on top right corner to view all selected items, change number of pieces and continue to check out
  • You may choose to create an account, log in to existing account or check out as a guest
  • Input your contact and delivery details. If you have a special request, you may leave a comment here
  • Choose your delivery options and payment method
  • Order completed and you will receive an order number and you may review your order if you have created an account. We will reconfirm your order within 2 working days by email.


First time purchase

You may choose to become a member or check out as a guest.

Click “Log In” at the top right corner to create your account for free. Becoming our member can maintain your order history, shipping details and contact, receive our news and member’s exclusive offers.

If you do not register, we will contact you by email.


Ordering C-YOU and Embroideries

You can order C-YOU online for specific styles of chef jacket and aprons at the available product page.

For embroideries, you can order text and existing logo embroideries on all chef jackets and aprons. If you would like to order new logo embroideries, please contact us directly.

Customization

Every chef is an artist! If you would like to customize your chef appeal or have a specific request, please contact our customer service. 


Payment

When you complete your order, you may choose to pay for your order online by credit card or pay later by bank transfer.

If you choose to pay for your order later, you can pay by bank transfer or wechat pay. The details will be shown on check out page when you choose pay by bank transfer

If applicable, all bank charges should be paid by customer. We will only proceed orders that are fully paid.

If you choose to pay for your order offline, the completed online order will be kept in the system for 5 days. If we do not receive your notice on payment, the order will be cancelled automatically.


Delivery time

We keep a limited amount of inventory. If the item is in stock and no customization needed, we generally ship within 3 days.

If the item is out of stock or require customization including C-YOU or embroideries, it will take 3 – 8 weeks. Clement®Design uses the best material and accessories. Sometimes the supplies of our material may affect the production and delay the delivery. In case we cannot deliver within 6 weeks, we will notify you when we confirm your order.

Depending on the size of your order, we will choose the appropriate courier for delivery. For Hong Kong and Macau, the delivery time is usually 1 - 2 days; Mainland China is 1 - 3 days; other areas is 3 - 5 days. Once shipped, we will notice you by email with the tracking number, link to the website to track and Delivery Note.

We ship to Hong Kong and Macau free of charge. 

Shipping to other areas (Mainland China, Taiwan, South Korea and Japan) will be HK$200 - HK$300 per transaction regardless of the number of items.

Please note we only delivery once for the same order. If you would like to receive items that are in stock first, we will need to charge for the extra delivery fee.


Self-pick-up

You may as well choose to pick up your order in our Hong Kong shop. Please note our opening hour and make an appointment with us in advance.

Exchange

Kindly observe our Size Chart to choose the correct size before placing your order. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us or the return form in your account within 14 days after you have received your order. Please refer to Return Policy for detail.
